Spoilt by dirty facilities and security…
Spoilt by dirty facilities and security staff. Told us checking for food. Searched under 16s outside the venue without adult permission. The toilets were filthy and not seen a clean in weeks. Poorly run. Not worth the money.

Heavy handed security staff searching…
Heavy handed security staff searching bags to justify there jobs.Looking for bombs they told me....very intrusive and completely uncalled for when you have children.
Frightening start to a poor day out.AVOID
We ha a fabulous day at waterworld.
We had a fabulous day at waterworld, my daughter had an accident....nothing serious she was back swimming within 15 minutes.
The staff were fantastic with us, coming back to check.
Then a guy called Gary was the stand out staff member...he helped me find her when we had to go.
Respect to all and special thanks to Gary.
My goodness where do I begin.
My goodness where do I begin.. it’s filthy and dangerous. Today the place was evacuated and I’m not surprised because the staff have no idea how to maintain the water quality & they just dump tons of chlorine into the pool. My skin was a mess after the session and my eyes sting for days after a visit. This place is best avoided at all costs it’s a environmental hazard to any living organism and human being. The food is overpriced and of low quality. Avoid this place at all costs like the reviews say. It’s so bad

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. staff have not got a clue what's going on. went to eat. no signs where to pay/ do first. staff ignored me at first. had to ask for assistance. then stood there staring at me after i paid. one staff member brought in her own salad for lunch then added chicken from the bar before serving customers! signed out to get my £5 back for locked the staff said its over there rudely. no signs up. avoid! waste of money! then you have to pay for parking too!
Taking advantage
Taking advantage. This place used to be ok for the money. Not the cleanest of places but other than that was quite good fun. It was somewhere where you would debate whether to go or not. Before covid you could stay all day for a lot less. Think they’ve added about 50% extra to the entrance fee and now you’re lucky to get 3 hours so now it’s a place I won’t consider going to again.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. Overcrowded, dirty, chaos. In our session we managed 2 slides - queued for over an hour each time. Terrible terrible place, will never go back. Kids were gutted, waste of time.

Loss of family member and no refund
We was due to go to waterworld Sunday 6th feb. Unfortunately my dad died on Saturday night unexpectedly at 51. We was meant to be going for my sons 4th birthday as a family. We informed water world of our loss, and that we wouldn’t be able to come for our booking we asked for a refund as it was 8 of us going, they told us we couldn’t get a refund and we would have to rebook. With a loss of a husband, father, mother, and many more we wouldn’t find going back as a family day out because we are missing a main part of our family.
I really think this is disgusting the way we have been treated.

Green Doesn't Mean Go When It's The Water Colour!!!
Visited during the summer hols. Overcrowded, filthy, quite simply an unbelievable experience! Overpriced food and drink, as expected, but you can forgive them that. How on earth that place has managed to stay open is beyond me! We won't be returning, and I suspect most visitors will not return, either! Very disappointing.

It's only got a one star review because some of the members of staff was helpful and polite. Otherwise it would of got a zero.
It's very overpriced for what you get. You don't get 3 hours in the pools or slides. Closer to 2 hours and 20 minutes max. The £2.50 charge per looker is daylight robbery. How can a family of four put their gear in a locker the size of a Sheet of A4
The pools was looked dirty and the colour water was green. Looked like the tiles had meldue on them. The staircases to the slides was very rusty and looked dangerous. The queueing system was chaos. No real leadership from anyone. The slides wasn't clearly marked allowing people to make an informed decision. I saw a young child get rescued by a lifeguard who clearly couldn't swim and had ventured onto the spacebowl slide which has a very deep pool at the bottom of it. Thankfully the lifeguard watching the pool was on it straight away and dived in to pull the child out safely.
It was basically kids watching over kids.
The changing rooms was cramped, they must of we about 800 people in the complex. Considering covid is still about, there was no chance of social distancing.
The car park, the disabled bays are far to small. You couldn't get out of your car into a wheelchair. It's like they have the spaces just to comply to the disabilities act.
I personally won't be taking my family back here again. Please don't waste your money. I won't mention the thuggish security guards
This is a honest review of a terrible place.

Waste of money! Avoid!
We have visited on 21st of August, have to say wasn’t impressed- overcrowded I don’t think is a good idea to let so many people during “pandemic” no space to park and for the car park you need to pay, half of the hair dryers don’t work, can’t even imagine having a shower there- disgusting.
You have to be lucky to find an empty locker or use a changing room.
Overall, will not return again feel like this place is way overpriced.
Don’t waste your time going
I took my family here which cost me £86 I got there at 4 as we walked in I couldn’t believe how many people they had let in you couldn’t move in the water.
I had my 11 month old with me after 15 min sitting on the edge I got out with her as I felt it wasn’t safe for her as people were nearly walked into her twice.
You have to book online but yet they are letting that many people in why…. it’s just about money with them I will never take my family there again don’t waste your money or time going there.
Waterworld stoke poor standard
The recent article were the owner mo chaudry blasts customers negative reviews as trolls is unprofessional and small minded. I attended 2 weeks ago and it was:
- over crowded yet he alleges its reduced capacity
- dirty with bits in the water objects got stuck between my toes that was the last straw. I left at that point
- floor by pool dirty with either hair, soggy white substances and grime
- changing areas allow no spaces as u are squashed between the locker and changing rooms
- toilets absolutely smelt more of a drainage smell and not clean, requires cleaning hourly to every 30mins
- the pool water looked an odd color
- no order in pool the smaller kids area where you can walk on the green floats previously it was 1 at a time but in this session the life guard allowed everyone to climb as they pleased to push and play with floats, no order and looked chaotic and over crowded.
- queue to lazy river due to overcrowding
- we left after 1.5hrs during the 3hr session because of above.
- I didn't want to walk around bare foot.
Coventry wave was of a higher standard with safety, cleanliness, orderly and clear water. I could walk bare foot. Mo Chaudhry needs to take note of comments to fix the issues. I wont be returning.
